2. Fujian Tulou was born in the Song and Yuan Dynasties and matured in the late Ming, Qing and Republic of China. Earth building is based on stone, with raw soil as the main raw material, and it is formed by staggered tamping in layers, with bamboo as the wall bone and T-knot as the anchor.
3. On July 6th, 2008, at the 32nd World Heritage Conference held in Quebec City, Canada, Fujian Tulou was officially listed in the World Heritage List. Fujian Tulou, a world cultural heritage, consists of 46 tulou in Yongding, Nanjing and Hua 'an counties of Fujian Province. Namely, Chuxi Tulou Group, Hongkeng Tulou Group, Gaobei Tulou Group and Xiang Yan Tower, Zhenfu Tulou Group, Nanjing Tianluokeng Tulou Group, Hekeng Tulou Group and Huaiyuan Tower, He Jiong Tower and Hua 'an Dida Tulou Group in Yongding County. These earth buildings are square or round, mainly round, and they are scattered among the green mountains and green hills in southwest Fujian like pearls. As of 2008, the oldest and youngest world heritage tulou are located in Chuxi Tulou Group. Qing Ji Tower with a diameter of 66 meters has a history of 600 years, while Shanqing Tower with a diameter of 365,438+0 meters has a history of only 30 years.
