The Chinese Food Festival will be held from May 18 to 20, 2023, in Hall 9, Fuzhou Strait International Convention and Exhibition Center.

During the food festival, a Fujian landmark food tasting exchange meeting and a Fujian seafood food tasting exchange meeting will be held. Top Fujian cooking masters will be invited to demonstrate and explain the cooking concepts and cooking techniques of Fujian specialty dishes.

The main forum of the China Celebrity Chef Conference will have the theme of integrity, innovation and landmark cuisine. It plans to invite leading chefs, cooking masters and chef elites across the country to discuss the inheritance and innovation of folk delicacies of landmark cuisine, and the landmark cuisine industry. Experience sharing on hot topics such as practical case analysis, the transformation and development direction of catering in the new era, and discussion of the application prospects of prepared dishes in the hotel and catering industry.
