Belong to. Puyang Industrial Park in Henan Province belongs to Hualong District. It is located 20 kilometers east of Puyang City. Its original name is Puyang Industry and Trade Demonstration Zone. The project was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Land and Resources and the Ministry of Construction in May 2006. In February 2007, it was officially renamed as Henan Puyang Industrial Park with the approval of Henan Provincial People's Government. It is a provincial economic development zone. In order to speed up the construction and development of the park, the Party Working Committee and Management Committee of the park were established with the approval of the municipal party committee and municipal government in September 2007.
