Ingredients needed to make sponge cake in microwave oven: low-gluten flour... 150g caster sugar... 100g eggs... 3 baking powder... 1 tablespoon fresh milk... 1/3 cup salad oil...
4 tablespoons Steps: Take three three-cake molds, grease the insides with oil, sprinkle lightly with flour and set aside.
After beating the eggs into egg liquid, slowly add the caster sugar and beat thoroughly until foamy.
After sifting the flour, slowly pour the baking powder, fresh milk, and salad oil into the egg liquid, stir gently with a rubber knife, and place into three molds. If there are bubbles, tap the mold lightly.
Bake each cake in a strong microwave for 3 minutes.
Notes: 1. After the sponge cake is baked, take it out immediately and gently knock the mold in a vertical direction, so that the cake will not collapse and it will be easier to take out.
2. When eating, you can top it with a little honey or jam according to your preference.
Marble Cake
------------ 1 vanilla extract ------------- A little cocoa powder, water ------- 1 tablespoon each
.Sift flour, sugar and cocoa powder separately.
2. Pour the sugar, eggs and vanilla essence into a bowl, heat it over water until it is lukewarm to the touch, then use an electric egg beater to beat until 2 points.
Then remove the hot water and continue stirring until the ingredients are completely cool.
*If you use a manual egg beater to heat and stir over water, air will flow into the eggs and bubbles will soon appear. Once the color turns white, you can remove the hot water and continue with the following steps.
3. Sift the flour (A) and mix it well with a whisk (B).
4. Pour cocoa powder and water into another bowl and stir evenly.
5. Pour half of the ingredients of 3 into the bowl of 4 and mix well (C).
6. Pour the two-color batter into four aluminum foil cups (D) used for making cup cakes, and mix gently.
7. Arrange them in a circle along the rotating rack of a microwave oven (600 watts) without placing them in the middle, then cover with parchment paper and heat for 1 minute.
Take it out after 30 seconds.
If it is a 500-watt microwave oven, it can be heated for 20 seconds longer.
Make cakes in the microwave!
(Cake flour is not required) Ingredients: 100g flour, 5g dry baking powder, 5g sugar, 30g butter, 45g milk, 1 tablespoon, a few drops of cream essence 1: First, mix the eggs and sugar and use a whisk to beat the foam until it feels thick.
That’s it 2: Put the flour, baking powder, butter (melted in a microwave in advance), milk and cream essence into the egg liquid and mix vigorously 3: Pour the mixed batter into the container (please rub it with butter beforehand to avoid
Dip the bottom) Smooth the surface, then cover it lightly with plastic wrap and put it in the microwave. During heating, pierce it with a bamboo skewer from time to time until there is no more liquid on the bamboo skewer, which means it has been baked successfully. 4: Take out the baked cake and press
Just garnish with fresh cream and fruit if you like. I followed this method twice and it was pretty good, but I changed it a bit and replaced the flour and dry yeast powder with self-raising powder, and used water instead of milk.
And it was not covered with plastic wrap. I think it is not good for the temperature of the plastic wrap to be too high.
Note that the cake expands greatly after it is cooked, so leave a large space in the container.
You can add raisins or date paste to the batter.
