Subsequently, group discussions were held, and teachers combined their own understanding of the key points of each link and their own practical experience to sort out ten "one-sentence experiences".

Through the seminar activities, the awareness of the norms of the day's activities has been strengthened, thereby transforming the norms into the teachers' own behavior, so that the children can grow up healthily and happily in a warm, harmonious, safe and friendly environment.

2. Standardize the planning format and improve teachers’ ability to formulate plans.

In order to improve teachers' ability to formulate various plans, we strive to make plans more detailed, practical, and standardized to facilitate teachers' operations.

At the beginning of the period, we reviewed various plans, including physical exercise plans, health plans, special classroom activity plans, and class plans. During the inspection, we found some problems. First, the format of the plan was not standardized, and second, there was a lack of purpose and systematicness in the plan.
