1. Wenzhou's special snacks are Dengzhan cake, glutinous rice, Friedvermicelli, Yongjia wheat cake, pork offal powder, fish balls, fish cakes, lean meat balls, sauced meat and duck tongue. Dengzhan cake is a famous traditional snack in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province and Liancheng, Fujian Province, and one of the top ten famous snacks in Wenzhou. It is also a local specialty snack in Liancheng, Fujian Province. It belongs to fried food with a long history, which can be traced back to the end of Yuan Dynasty and the beginning of Ming Dynasty.

2. Generally, it is made by grinding rice and soybeans into thick slurry, adding flour, wrapping shredded radish as stuffing, and frying. Dengzhan cake has crisp skin, soft round edges, refreshing stuffing and unique flavor. The lamp cake that has just come out of the oil pan is fragrant, golden and attractive, which makes people have an appetite.

3. Wenzhou duck tongue is a famous local snacks, which belongs to cold dishes. Duck tongue is bittern, the wind is half dry, and it is chewed in the mouth, full of toughness and quite chewy. Wenzhou people call duck tongue "duck earning", not duck tongue.
