2 glutinous rice jujube cake material: 500 grams of glutinous rice, 400 grams of red dates, a little sugar and 500 grams of water.
Exercise:
1. Wash the glutinous rice, put it in a basin, add clean water, steam it in a steamer for 50 minutes until it is cooked, and take it out to cool for later use.
2. Take red dates and wash them with clear water, and remove the core for later use.
3. Clean the cloth, spread it on the panel, spread a layer of cooked glutinous rice on the cloth, and then spread a layer of red dates. Repeat twice.

3 Osmanthus fragrans glutinous rice lotus root Material: glutinous rice1500g, lotus root10g, 2000g sugar, 200g honey and 50g sweet osmanthus.
Exercise:
1. Wash glutinous rice, soak it in cold water for 2-3 hours, take it out and drain it for later use.
2. After washing the lotus root, scrape off the epidermis and cut a short section at the node end with a knife to expose the lotus root hole.
3. Put the drained glutinous rice into the hole of the lotus root, gently press it with bamboo chopsticks, and then fix the cut lotus root with bamboo sticks.
4. Put the lotus root stuffed with glutinous rice into a steamer and steam for 20 minutes on high fire to make the glutinous rice and lotus root cooked.
5. Put a small amount of white sugar into the pot, stir-fry until the sugar color is brown, add water and white sugar, boil it into red sugar water solution, pour it into aluminum pot, then put the steamed lotus root neatly into the pot, and cook it for a long time with low fire until the sugar water is thick and the surface of the lotus root is dark red. Add honey and cook it slightly, and then take it out. Naturally cool, slicing, and sprinkle with osmanthus fragrans.
4 honey juice glutinous rice jujube material: glutinous rice, sugar 150g, jujube 750g, honey 50g, lard 25g.

2. Wash the glutinous rice, add water into a bowl, steam it in a steamer, take it out and spread it evenly on a wet cloth.
3. Spread red dates on glutinous rice, roll them into rolls, cut them into inches, put them in a greased bowl, steam them in a steamer, and put them on a plate.
4. Put sugar and honey into the pot, add appropriate amount of water to make thick sugar juice, and pour the sugar juice on the dates.
