Meiling factory is a state-owned sophomore enterprise. Meiling Chemical Plant is a state-owned sophomore enterprise affiliated to China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation. Founded in September, 1965, located in the historic city of Zunyi. It was designated as "Aerospace Power Supply Professional Technology Center" by China Aerospace Industry Corporation in 1987, and it is a professional factory for researching, designing and producing aerospace power supply.
