Xiao-Ting Pan, born on February 25th in Yanzhou County, Shandong Province, is a professional billiards player in China, studying at Shanghai Jiaotong University.
1997 started to contact billiards. He was the first player in China to win the world championship, and WPBA ranked third in 2008. 1998 participated in the first women's "Nine Balls" competition held in China and won the championship. From 1998 to 2000, Xiao-Ting Pan remained unbeaten in China and won the national championship six times in a row. In June 2002, she won the women's championship in the 35th Osaka Nine-Ball Open.
In the CBSA International American Billiards Championship, Xiao-Ting Pan beat Chen Siming 9-6 to win the championship, and won the first 9-ball World Championship in his career, the first 9-ball gold medal in the Asian Games, the third consecutive National Games championship and a Grand Slam record. He is known as the "Nine-ball Queen" of China.
