Materials:
Tenderloin, cornmeal, green pepper, carrot and onion (optional)
Marinade:
Onion, garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, eggs, spiced powder.
Seasoning:
Tomato sauce (also called tomato sauce), white vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, corn flour.
Exercise:
1. Cut the tenderloin into 5cm long cubes, mix well with the marinade and marinate for about 30 minutes. One egg will do, and the rest depends on personal taste.
2. Take out the marinated tenderloin, coat it with raw flour, and fry it in the oil pan. Oil should be hot, the kind that will boil (about 180 degrees).
3. Wash and slice the green pepper, carrot and onion (if any), stir-fry in the pot, add the fried tenderloin, add seasoning and appropriate amount of water, thicken it with raw flour after boiling, and pour sesame oil before taking out the pot.
