For example, from the perspective of life, you are walking in the street and everyone around you is wearing ordinary clothes, but you are marching in the city in evening dress and attending high-end dinners, which is actually ungrounded. If you have a noble position, but you go to the vegetable market to buy food yourself, you dress like an ordinary housewife, and the food you buy is ordinary cucumber, eggplant and beans, not any sea cucumber, abalone and lobster. This is grounded, which means that your life looks very close to the public, and there is nothing different and special.

For example, in the course of work, especially in the work of government agencies, if you visit the grassroots, you will eat ordinary home cooking and pot rice like ordinary farmers and workers, and there is no specialization at all, and it is particularly fragrant and not picky at all. This is actually grounded. When drinking and chatting with ordinary people, they all use household words, and they don't use jargon that ordinary people don't understand, such as the spirit of nailing, which is the behavior and statement of grounding gas. If you always put on a high horse when communicating with people, drive a famous car and wear a watch, it's just a mouthful.

For another example, we ordinary people give children names. If you give a name with strong local flavor, such as steel eggs and dog leftovers, or a well-known name, it is very grounded. If you have a strange name, it is obviously Han, but you want to name me in six words, or use some uncommon words that people can't understand, which is ungrounded.
