Special groups, such as the elderly audience aged 60 and above and the disabled, who are inconvenient to use smart phones, can make an appointment to visit the museum on the spot with the second-generation ID card and valid documents when the instantaneous carrying capacity in the museum does not reach the upper limit. Group appointments are not accepted for the time being.
