In Chaoshan area, what foreigners say is rice noodles, and Chaoshan people call it rice dumplings or kway teow. Juice is a popular but mouth-watering food in Chaoshan area. In Chaoshan street, you can see snack stalls selling glutinous juice everywhere.

Chaoshanarea, located in the southeast coast of Guangdong province, belongs to Chaoshan culture area and Chaozhou dialect area, and is the ancestral home and concentrated place of Chaoshan people.
