1. Jiuquan: Located in the north of Gansu Province, it has become one of the representatives of "Northwest gourmet desert" because of its remote geographical location.

2. Jinzhong: A prefecture-level city in Shanxi Province. In the eyes of many local people, the food culture here is relatively underdeveloped.

3. Shuangyashan: A prefecture-level city in the east of Heilongjiang Province. Due to historical reasons and remote geographical location, there are relatively few food resources here.

4. Yichun: a prefecture-level city in the northeast of Jiangxi Province, although it has a variety of local products, it is not well-known in the whole country.

5. Xiangyang: A prefecture-level city in central Hubei Province. Although Xiangyang cuisine is quite famous locally, it is relatively not prominent in the whole food culture system.
