- Prepare ingredients-
Pork belly 500
Three garlics
One each green and red pepper
Ginger, Pixian bean paste, star anise, cinnamon, salt, a little MSG
- Steps-
1. Wash the pork belly, add star anise, ginger slices, cinnamon, and boil in cold water. Cook until chopsticks rub it in, take it out and put it in cold water to tighten the meat.
2. Cut into 0.5cm slices, as shown in the picture.
3. When cooking the meat, wash the ingredients.
4. Cut the green and red peppers into diamond shapes, cut the garlic into small sections, whiten the garlic, and separate the garlic leaves. Cut small pieces of ginger into shreds and set aside.
5. Stir-fry the meat over high heat to remove the oil, and add an appropriate amount of Pixian bean paste. Continue to stir-fry.
6. Add green and red peppers, white garlic, put the meat aside and stir-fry for a while.
7. Finally add green garlic leaves, add a little salt, MSG, and heat up. You can add less salt because the bean paste is quite salty.
8. You’re done, haha, you can enjoy it! Drool, drool.
