Hutuo River is surrounded by the north bank. According to Baidu map, the Hutuo River beach in Shijiazhuang is located on the north bank of Hutuo River No.4, east of Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway. There are also "four areas and one camp": comprehensive service area, food area, beach leisure area, water entertainment area, self-driving camp and ecological island.
