Cold shrimp is a unique snack, which was first produced in Yichang, Hubei Province, and then introduced to Chongqing, Sichuan and other places, becoming a local specialty snack. Because of its unique name, it is often misunderstood as cold shrimp, and its mind is full of salty sea water and delicious shrimp meat.
