1. Lijia sweet distiller's grains: Li sweet distiller's grains are fermented with glutinous rice from Shanlan, a special product of Li nationality. The people of the Li family mixed Shanlan glutinous rice with yeast made from plants unique to Lishan, put it in a bamboo basket, covered it with fresh and clean banana leaves, let it ferment for a few days, and then sealed it in the jar. After half a month, it became sweet and bad.

2. Fruit chicken soup: The sweetness of coconut water and the umami taste of chicken are ingeniously blended through slow fire, and the taste is fresh and sweet, which is memorable. It is a special dish for local people to keep in good health.

3. Lijia sauerkraut: A unique dish made by the Li people to entertain guests is called "Nansha". "Nansha" is a kind of wild vegetable called "Nen" (peeling off the leaves to take its young stems) or "Zhiwen" (taking its young stems and leaves) in Lebanese. It is brewed with cold rice and water, sealed in the jar for one month, and fermented into sauerkraut with unique smell.

4. Lijia bamboo tube rice: a traditional food of the Li nationality in Hainan, which is a meal baked with fresh bamboo tubes filled with rice and seasonings. Li folk, mostly made in the mountains or baked with charcoal at home. Now it has been improved by the chef on the basis of tradition, and it has become a famous flavor food in Hainan with a high reputation.

5. Qingbuliang: Qingbuliang is a delicious Han dish, which belongs to Hainan cuisine. As a special iced dessert popular in tropical Hainan Island, the traditional Shengli Road Qingbuliang is mainly made of red beans (mung beans), coix seed, peanuts, hollow powder, shredded coconut, quail eggs, watermelons, etc. After cooling, ice cubes and coconut water are added to make a bowl of authentic Qingbuliang.

6. Pot-side steamed buns: Pot-side steamed buns have both sweet and salty tastes. 7. Job's tears: a snack made of glutinous rice flour. There are various fillings, such as sesame seeds, peanuts and shredded coconut, but it does not pay attention to fillings, but pays more attention to whether the glutinous rice skin is steamed soft, smooth and not sticky.
