The Dragon Boat Festival is one of the traditional festivals in China, also known as the Dragon Boat Festival, in memory of the patriotic poet Qu Yuan. According to legend, Qu Yuan was a minister of Chu State. Because he was loyal to the country, he was framed by corrupt officials and finally threw himself into the river. Steps
1. Preparation
Soak glutinous rice for 4-5 hours in advance to allow it to fully absorb water. Cut pork into small pieces, add cooking wine, salt, soy sauce and ginger slices and marinate for 3 minutes. Soak mushrooms and cut them into small pieces, and cut asparagus into small pieces.
2. wrap zongzi

Tie the wrapped zongzi tightly and cook it in a pot.
3. Cook zongzi
Put the wrapped zongzi into a pot, add enough water, bring it to a boil over high heat, and then turn to low heat for 1-2 hours until the zongzi is cooked. Take out the zongzi and let it cool before eating.
