One, honey chicken wings.

Food: lobster, onion, ginger, coriander, garlic, millet pepper, cooking oil, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white sugar, rice wine.
Method: Remove the shrimp whiskers and shrimp lines from the fresh lobster, then rinse it in water, drain the water and put it in a basin.

Food: small green vegetables, cooking oil, salt, garlic.
Method: First prepare the green vegetables, remove the yellow and curled leaves, clean them and cut them into segments.
Peel off the skin of the garlic and cut it into small pieces, add oil to the wok, heat until cooked for 6 minutes, add the garlic cubes and sauté until fragrant, then add the green vegetables and sauté in the oil.
After frying the green vegetables for three minutes, add a spoonful of salt, stir well and serve.
Fourth, corn and pork ribs soup.
Food: Pork ribs, corn, carrots, salt, MSG, green onions, ginger.
Method: Prepare fresh ribs and chop them into small pieces, clean them, drain the surface water and put them into the pot, add enough water, cut a few pieces of ginger, pour in rice wine, boil and continue to boil for 5 minutes.

Five, scrambled eggs with fungus.
Food: black fungus, raw eggs, cooking oil, salt, green pepper, MSG, garlic.
Method: Clean the green peppers, remove the seeds, and cut the black fungus into small pieces. Steam them in water for 15 minutes in advance until soft, then wash and break into small pieces.
Peel and cut the garlic into slices, pour water into the pot, heat it until it burns, add black fungus and boil it for about 30 seconds, scoop it up quickly, prepare a bowl, crack two eggs in the room, and mix well.
Add oil to the pot and heat it until it is 6 minutes cooked. Add the eggs and fry them until they turn into lumps. Pour in the oil again and heat them until it is 6 minutes cooked. Add the peppers and cook until they are raw. Add the garlic.
