There is a lot of rain in September. During this season, the fungi are vying to emerge in the mountains and forests, each one more beautiful and more delicious than the last. I climbed a mountain over the weekend and collected a lot of fungi. This fungus is not found in many places. Stir-fried as you like, it’s a delicious dish. Now I will share with you how to make this dish, I hope you like it. Tools/Materials
Brush the fungi, green chilies, garlic, salt, oil 01
After picking the fungi with the brush, remove the roots and remove the mixed dry pine leaves.
02
Wash the bacteria with clean water and brush. 03
Boil water in a pot. After the water boils, blanch the mushrooms in the boiling water. 04
Put the blanched brush into clean water and float the bacteria for a few hours. Brush the bacteria with a slightly bitter taste, and rinse them with water to remove the bitter taste.
05
Peel, wash and slice the garlic. Wash the green chili peppers and slice them into slices. 06
Heat the pot and add oil. 07
Add garlic slices, green peppers, brush and mushrooms and stir-fry until cooked. Add appropriate amount of salt and bring to the pot. I picked up a few bean shell mushrooms on the mountain and fried them together.
08
Remove from the pot and serve on a plate.
