Shui Yang Steps of making three treasures

Shuiyang Three Treasures: duck feet buns, duck wings, and dried Shuiyang incense; wash them separately and chop the duck wings into half and set aside.

Cut the dried fragrant into cubes, slice the ginger, cut the garlic in half, mince the green onions and set aside; put a spoonful of cooking wine and a spoonful of dark soy sauce into a clean bowl and set aside.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add duck feet buns and duck wings.

Add star anise, cinnamon, grass fruit and ginger slices; then pour in 1 spoon of cooking wine and 1 spoon of dark soy sauce.

Cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, the duck feet buns and duck wings are slightly rotten, then add the dried sesame seeds and garlic cloves and cook for about 7-8 minutes to add flavor.

Pour in a little Lee Kum Kee Steamed Fish Soy Sauce to season and reduce the sauce.
