Stuffed tofu: Hakka tofu is mostly made of brine, not gypsum tofu common in other places, and it is relatively pure and has a strong bean flavor. I like fried yellow tofu best, boiled in sand and dipped in Chili sauce. It's very enjoyable.
There are pomelo peel cakes, fried taro rings and so on. And there are big and fresh super Shatian pomelo in autumn.
