1. Wash the mutton and cut it into small pieces.
Blanch for later use
3. Use water, onion and ginger-roasted mutton.
4. Cook the mutton until it is rotten (usually using a pressure cooker will save time and effort)
5. Put a little oil in the pot and shredded onion.
6. Pour in peeled potato pieces.
7. Add carrots cut into hob pieces
8. Stir fry and pour in the mutton.
9. Add curry cubes and a little salt and cook for three minutes.
