Appropriate amount of salt, onion, ginger, garlic and oil.
Fried pork sausage:
1. Wash and dry the newly bought Agrocybe aegerita.
2. Wash pig intestines with salt and cut them into small pieces for later use.
3. Slice the ginger and garlic and chop the chopped green onion for later use.
4. Fry ginger slices and garlic in oil until peeling, then put down the onion and saute until fragrant.
5. Pour in the pig intestines and stir fry.
6. Pour the Agrocybe aegerita again and stir fry.
7. Add appropriate amount of sugar and salt to taste.
8. Pour in the right amount of boiling water.
9. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
