Raw materials: grass carp, pickled pepper, green pepper, garlic, onion, vegetable oil, soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine, ginger, salt, monosodium glutamate and Chili sauce.
Practice steps:
At step 1, the fish was handled by my aunt in the vegetable market, and I made several cuts on the fish table. Easier to cook. Then make a Spa for fish with salt, ginger and cooking wine. Marinate for ten minutes.
Step 2: Chop garlic, onion and soaked ginger for later use.
Step 3, chop the green pepper and pickled pepper for later use. If you like spicy food, you can use more pickled peppers.
The fourth step is to boil water in the pot and put a little salt and cooking wine.
Step 5: After the water is boiled, take it out and cook for five minutes. If the fish is big enough, stay for two more minutes. You can insert a toothpick to see if the fish is cooked. Then pick it up and put it on a plate for use.
Step 6: Stir-fry the seasoning, heat the pot and put some cooking oil. If you have lard at home, you can put some lard.
Step 7, add Chili sauce and stir-fry red oil. I use my own Chili, but I can also use bean paste or Laoganma instead.
Step 8: Add chopped pickled ginger, pickled pepper, green pepper, garlic and onion. Stir-fried.
Step 9: Add a bowl of water. After boiling, add one scoop of salt, one scoop of balsamic vinegar and two scoops of soy sauce. A little msg.
Step 10: Turn off the fire and pour the soup on the fish. This delicious fish will be fine. Fish is delicious, and it tastes even more delicious after soaking for two minutes. Stop talking and start.
