The temperature is about 180 degrees, and the time increases or decreases according to the amount of meat. Lamb between 200-500 grams takes 5-15 minutes.
Ingredients: Lamb tenderloin, pepper, chili powder, appropriate amount of cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon of oil
1. Cut the mutton into pieces and add oil, pepper, and cumin seeds ( The powder is not as delicious as the grains), stir the chili powder evenly and marinate for 20 minutes.
