Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City (Haichuang Park) is one of the four future science and technology cities in China determined by the Central Organization Department and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and it is the third batch of national overseas high-level talent innovation and entrepreneurship bases. Haichuang Park, with a planned area of 1 13 square kilometers, is located in the west of downtown Hangzhou, adjacent to Hangzhou Xixi National Wetland Park and Zhejiang University.

Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City (Haichuang Park) has a total area of 1 13 square kilometers, with Hangzhou-Changzhou Expressway in the north, Hangzhou Ring Expressway in the east, Hangzhou-Huizhou Expressway (provincial highway 02) in the south and Nanhu Lake in the west. On this basis, the key construction area of the future science and technology city (Haichuang Park) of 35 square kilometers has been designated, with the specific scope starting from Xuanhang Railway in the north, Hangzhou Ring Expressway in the east, Harmonious Water Town in the south and Dongxi Avenue (including Yongle Block) in the west.
