Heishui County is a county under the jurisdiction of Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province. Its geographical coordinates are 102°35′~103°30′ east longitude and 31°35′~32°38′ north latitude. It is located in the northwest of Sichuan Province.
