Huajia powder, also known as Huajia rice noodles, is a dish made by boiling nutritious soup with Huajia and rice noodles in a sealed manner using tin foil. It is mainly popular in the Northeast market, popular in Liaoning and Guizhou , Chongqing, Sichuan and Hunan areas. [1]
The main materials for making it are Huajia and Longkou vermicelli. The production method is to sauté minced ginger and garlic, add millet pepper, bean paste, oyster sauce and other seasonings, add water to boil, and pour into a casserole , turn on high heat and cook, boil for about four to five minutes (all the sixty-year-olds open their mouths).
