First, the practice of fried leeks with squid
1. Cut squid into flower knives (or go directly to the supermarket to buy finished squid pieces);

Third, the practice of frying leeks with squid.
1. Preparation materials: leek, squid, red pepper and bean paste. Cut the squid horizontally and vertically, being careful not to cut it into sections.
2. Cut into pieces of uniform size.
3. Wash leeks and cut into sections, shred red peppers and slice ginger and garlic.
4. Put a proper amount of boiled squid into clear water and boil it. When you see the squid rolled up, you can take it out of the pot.
5. Wash the squid rolls in cold water.
6. Stir-fry ginger, garlic and bean paste in a vegetable oil pan, add squid rolls and stir fry, and add leeks.
7. Add shredded red pepper, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of vegetable essence and water, and then boil the pot.
