Soak the glutinous rice for one hour in advance, and prepare other materials during this period. It's best to use broilers from Korean supermarkets or special chickens from ginseng soup. Here, only ordinary-sized chickens are bought for 2-3 people. Wash and shell 2 abalone, chop into pieces, chop the rest with chopped green onion, and peel garlic. Ginseng chicken soup should be available in Korean supermarkets or supermarkets at home and abroad. If not, you can put red dates and ginseng yourself, and there is no big problem.

After washing the chicken, put the soaked glutinous rice, 5 cloves of garlic, one or two chopped green onion and red dates into your stomach (I used a small bag, so I didn't shoot red dates). Most Korean soups put garlic paste, boiled chicken and ginseng chicken soup put a lot of garlic cloves, and you can put less garlic if you don't like it.

After filling the material, clip the chicken's legs together. You can tie your legs with zongzi thread, or you can draw a knife edge on the skin on the open side where one leg can be stuffed, then press your left foot under your right leg, and then put your right leg into the knife edge. This is for the sake of leakage and beauty, and it is ok not to fold.

Add1500ml water and boil for about one hour. Korean ginseng chicken soup is not much, so I don't put too much water here. Remember to turn the chicken over when it is half cooked, otherwise the upward side may be unfamiliar.

Put the chicken on a plate, put the soup and abalone in bowls respectively, sprinkle with chopped green onion, add salt and a little black pepper according to your personal taste, and add soy sauce and spicy oil when eating.
