I added water twice, about 30 ml each time, and stirred in one direction. The water was completely absorbed by the minced meat, and then I added the water a second time.
3. After adding water to the minced meat, add a little sweet potato powder to mix, and stir evenly.
Sweet potato powder is also called sweet potato starch, and it can also be replaced by other starches. For one pound of minced meat, use about 30 grams of sweet potato powder.
