Actually, to tell the truth, my mother is not particularly good at cooking in my family, but there are still a few dishes that I especially miss. For example, sweet and sour pork ribs cooked by mom, fried rice with beef tendon and jiaozi wrapped by mom.
Because I was short in my class when I graduated from primary school, my parents always wanted me to grow taller. At that time, it was just when I was in middle school, because at that time, my mother heard that eating more spareribs could supplement calcium, so she basically cooked me a spareribs meal every week. This was done for three years, and I also rose from 155 to 175. Because my mother cooked sweet and sour pork ribs too many times in these three years, this dish was also very delicious. And every time I eat sweet and sour pork ribs, I will recall my mother's love for me when I was in middle school.
And jiaozi, who was wrapped by my mother, because I have always loved stuffed food, such as steamed stuffed buns, jiaozi and wonton, especially jiaozi. Because I am picky about food when I eat, and my mother knows that I like to eat jiaozi, so my mother makes jiaozi a lot, which leads to my mother wrapping jiaozi for me every time I go home, and I feel that jiaozi wrapped by my mother will be much more delicious than those jiaozi bought outside.
In fact, in daily life, my mother still has many good dishes, and more common ingredients can also make a great taste, such as fried rice with beef tendon cooked by my mother. The raw materials are very simple: beef tendon, ham sausage, carrots, cucumbers and eggs, but the fried rice made after such simple ingredients pass through my mother's hands is also very good.
These are the dishes that I often miss my mother in college.
