Steps of Steaming Scallop Noodles with Garlic (Classic Seafood Steamed Vegetable)
Ingredients: 6 scallops, 30 grams of Longkou vermicelli, onion, ginger, garlic and dried pepper.
1. Remove the mud from scallops and wash them, and scrub both sides of shells;
