Ginger Duck
Ingredients
Ingredients: 1 muscovy duck (9g).
auxiliary materials: 15g of ginger mother, and appropriate amount of cabbage.
seasoning: 8g of rice wine, 3g of refined salt and monosodium glutamate, 25g of crystal sugar, 5g of sesame oil, 4 packets of medicinal materials and 5mg of soup.
Method
1. Cut the duck into pieces, stir-fry it in sesame oil pan until it turns yellow, add medicinal materials, crystal sugar, rice wine, ginger slices and soup to boil, and then pour it into a pressure cooker for 5 minutes until it is cooked.
2. When eating, scoop a proper amount of crushed ginger duck and original soup into hot pot, add cabbage leaves, and mix with refined salt and monosodium glutamate.
