I. Suggestions on Pre-departure Preparation
1, Wear: sportswear, sports shoes, coats, hats, sunglasses (shoes strongly recommend the use of breathable mesh on the toes, otherwise the diving force will make the toes very painful).
2. Eating and drinking: mineral water, functional drinks, bread and light snacks (in the middle of Wu Tong, at the starting point of Hao Han Road and Haohanpo, there are convenience stores where you can buy food and rent back charging treasures).
3, others: charging treasure, paper towels, wet wipes (if you see a trekking stick, bring it).
Second, about the route up and down the mountain.
1. Up the mountain: Dengyun Road (take Line 2/8 to Exit A of Li Antang Subway Station) → Wutongshu → Shili Rhododendron → Phoenix Terrace → Haohanpo → Dawangshu.
Time: 4 hours, in which 1 hour is an intermittent rest.
Road conditions: Deng Yun Road is almost completely shaded, cool and comfortable. Although full of steps, but relatively gentle, personally feel very good.
2. Downhill: Haohanpo → Fenghuangtai → Shili Rhododendron → Wu Tong → Lingyun Road (Exit D, Wu Tongshan South Subway Station).
Time: 2.5 hours (keep walking without rest).
Road condition: Lingyun Road is steep, and the width of steps is ultra-narrow, which greatly increases the difficulty of moving forward! Narrow enough to have only eight legs, otherwise you will not be able to walk steadily. Therefore, if your knees are not good and your physical strength is not enough, it is not recommended to go down the mountain! After dark, you can see a different night view of Shenzhen on Lingyun Road.
