After losing more than ten kilograms, the current weight has been maintained for several years. At this stage, I hope to improve my energy and keep healthy through exercise. It would be better if I could shape and correct my posture on this basis. Every day, I set sports goals. I have tried this method and I adhered to it very well when I was a student. But after work, I admit that such a request is really difficult to achieve. So I changed to exercise 2-3 times a week, and then increased or decreased the exercise content according to the situation of going out on weekends.
