Some things cannot be ordered, such as sashimi, foie gras and stewed eggs.

In Nanjing, I know they are on Jianye Road, Deji and Hunan Road Military Club. The ones on Jianye Road and Hunan Road have the kind of iron plate tables where the chef grills in front of you. I recommend them because they are fun.
