2 small pumpkins, 100 grams each of long and round glutinous rice, appropriate amount of pork fat,

1. More than 2 hours in advance Soaked long and round glutinous rice.
2. Add your favorite candied fruit to rum and soak it for 1 hour. If you don’t have wine, you can also use warm water.
3. Place the soaked long glutinous rice and round glutinous rice on the steamer cloth, spread it out in the steamer, steam for 30 minutes and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Boil lard: Cut the pork fat into small dices and put them in the pot. After repeated stir-frying, a lot of oil will come out. Take out the burnt oil residue and eat it with salt. It will be very delicious.
5. While waiting, cook the lotus seeds. Soak the lotus seeds in advance, remove the core, add water and rock sugar and simmer for a few minutes, then remove and set aside.
6. After the glutinous rice is steamed, add a little lard and sugar and mix it evenly while it is hot.
7. Put lard in the wok, then add the cooked red bean paste and chopped candied dates and longan, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
8. Cut off the top of the small pumpkin, remove the flesh, make it look like a bowl, and put the glutinous rice with good ingredients inside the pumpkin.
9. Put red bean paste in the middle.
10. Put the glutinous rice on top of the red bean paste, and finally put the dried honey money, melon seeds and lotus seeds on it and steam it. Such a small pumpkin can be steamed over high heat for 25-30 minutes. .
