3. Cover the kneaded dough directly for fermentation. Now in summer, in about half an hour, the dough is fermented twice as big.
4. Take out the dough, simply exhaust it, and don't rub it too much.
5. Roll the dough into large slices with a thickness of more than half a centimeter, and then divide them into small pieces, two pieces in a group, and brush some water in the middle to buckle them together.
6. press it in the middle with chopsticks, and pinch both ends to make it look like a small fried dough stick.
7. Take out the frying basket of the air fryer, spread it with oil paper, put it in the prepared fried dough sticks, put it back in the air fryer, and conduct secondary fermentation without firing.
8. The secondary fermentation is twice as large, brush with a layer of oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
9. Put the frying basket back into the frying pan, set the time for the air fryer at 16 degrees for 15 minutes, and then choose 18 degrees for 3 minutes to color, which took a total of 18 minutes.
