I share two kinds of eggplant because I want to meet the different habits and tastes of two generations in my family.

cut eggplant into pieces, and cut it once with two knives; Chop pork into stuffing, add chopped green onion, Jiang Mo, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce and sesame oil and mix well; Stir the flour and eggs into a hanging batter, brew a layer of meat between two pieces of eggplant, dip the meat-brewed eggplant in the batter, put it in a 7% hot oil pan, fry it on medium heat, fry both sides until golden, take out the oil control and plate. My son likes it, and my parents occasionally eat a piece.
Now is the season to eat eggplant, and there are quite a lot of dishes made of eggplant, such as braised eggplant, fried eggplant with meat foam, salted eggplant fish pot, hand-torn eggplant with cold sauce, fried eggplant with beans, three fresh potatoes, roasted eggplant, fried eggplant, eggplant box and eggplant brewed in our hometown. I'll share our hometown's special eggplant stew, which looks good and delicious.
