After reading the recipe for gestational diabetes, I knew that my hard life was coming. I can't eat all kinds of delicious food. I can only eat tomatoes and cucumbers for pork, corn, potatoes, carrots, white rice, cakes and fruits. The food I can eat is miscellaneous grains rice, coarse grains, chicken, green leafy vegetables, fish and shrimp ... Generally speaking, I eat less and more meals, from three meals a day to six meals a day at the beginning, and then I eat more foods with high protein and low carbon water. In the first few days of sugar control, I was really miserable. I was not used to miscellaneous grains rice, and I always didn't digest it, which caused my stomach discomfort and constipation. For me who was not spicy and unhappy, I really lost my appetite every day, which caused me to lose two pounds a week. I couldn't stand it. I also stole some takeout food, and my blood sugar was high and low, and my mood was extremely high. I can't figure out that other pregnant women are fatter than me, but their blood sugar is not as high as mine. And I am so unlucky, my blood sugar is high. After a week's reexamination, the doctor still said that I was unqualified, and readjusted my diet, and also taught me some hazards of gestational diabetes, such as premature rupture of membranes, premature delivery and hypoglycemia at birth. I was so frightened that I came back and decided to control sugar carefully for the baby's health.
under the recommendation of my friends, I joined a group of pregnant mothers to control sugar, punching cards for three meals a day, and everyone encouraged each other to supervise blood sugar. I also learned a lot of delicious sugar control meals from these pregnant mothers, and found that sugar control meals were so delicious for the first time. Slowly, I found that sugar control is not as bad as I thought. Although I can't eat cakes, hot pot, fried skewers … I eat healthy every day. After three meals every day, I insist on walking for half an hour. My skin is getting better and my weight is well controlled. Then I check my blood sugar and my blood sugar is back to normal. Now think about it. In February, because of the epidemic, I studied pasta, ate steamed bread, noodles, steamed stuffed buns, fried dough sticks and all kinds of greasy food at home every day.
