Making tips:
1, glutinous rice flour has no elasticity, add more water and knead until the dough is smooth, and the meatballs will be smooth and not crack.
2. After the small balls are cooked, the cold water is fished out to remove the adhesion on the surface of the balls, and the brown sugar balls made are clear in grain, bright in color and more beautiful. If you have difficulty, you can directly add brown sugar and cook together.
3. Add brown sugar juice to meatballs after boiling, and cook more. When the sugar juice is thick, it will be hung on the meatballs, and it will be wrapped beautifully.
4. Although glutinous rice flour is Q-elastic, it is not easy to digest. Don't eat too much at once;
5, brown sugar can also use brown sugar, and the amount of sugar can be selected according to your own preferences;
