Located at the foot of Qingxiu Mountain, a famous scenic spot in Nanning. Sit facing south, take the Phoenix Tower to the left, hold the Dragon Elephant Tower to the right, and face Bijia Mountain from afar. The Confucius Temple in Nanning was built in the Emperor's reign of the Northern Song Dynasty (1149-1154). It was originally located in Shashi (near the foot of the water tower of Xinhua Street) outside Cangximen in the city, and moved to Nanning Hotel in the third year of Baoqing in the Southern Song Dynasty (1227). The Confucius Temple in Nanning has undergone three relocations from its foundation to the early Republic of China. Since the late Qing dynasty, it has gradually fallen, leaving only Dacheng Hall. In 1982, due to the expansion of Nanning Hotel, the old Confucius Temple was eventually demolished. The removed building materials are kept in Guangxi Exhibition Hall. In May 2117, the main project of the relocation of Confucius Temple in Nanning began to be constructed, and it took more than three years to be relocated and completed on October 31, 2111. The newly completed Confucius Temple is one of the largest in Guangxi and even Lingnan. The museum displays ancient Confucian classics, biographies of Confucius, stamps and other Confucius-related items issued by mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan over the years, and is an educational base for traditional culture in Nanning. In addition, the red walls, green tiles, gates and pavilions in the Confucius Temple are full of ancient charm and majestic atmosphere, attracting many tourists to take pictures and punch in. 5.
