Step 1. Wash the king oyster mushrooms.
Step 2: Cut into sections and then into strips.
Step 3: Add salt, stir, and marinate for ten minutes.
Step 4: Take flour, starch and baking powder and mix well.
Step 5. Break in an egg and add appropriate amount of water.
Step 6: Stir into a paste with a consistency similar to yogurt.
Step 7: Drain the marinated king oyster mushrooms.
Step 8: Put the king oyster mushrooms into the batter so that each king oyster mushroom is covered with batter.
Step 9: Roll it in bread crumbs.
Step 10: Pour oil into the pot and heat it up. The oil temperature is about 50% hot. Now add the king oyster mushrooms.
Step 11: Fry over medium-low heat until the surface of the king oyster mushroom is golden brown and take out.
Step 12: Place on kitchen paper to absorb excess grease.
