Yangzhou City, also known as "Moon City", is rich in moon culture, including poems, essays, couplets and books, but also incorporated into buildings, place names and shop names, resulting in many names with the word "Moon". On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, Qian Chuancang, a folk expert in Yangzhou, sorted out many moon-related place names, road names, bridge names and building names in Yangzhou.

There are quite a few buildings called "Moon". There is a "Erming Moon Building" on Guangling Road, which was built in Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty. There are moon-shaped walls, windows, crescent-shaped bridges and two distinct moon-shaped well (pool) covers in the hospital. There is a "Moon-welcoming Building" at the south end of the west, and a "Moon Pavilion" at the north end. There is a brick-carved Zhang Ruoxu's "Moonlit Night on the Spring River" on the wall beside the pavilion.

There is a "Moon Gate" in the north of Heyuan, and there is a "Moon Appreciation Building" in the courtyard. A round hole is reflected in the pool in the north of the flaky mountain house, which is called "the moon in the water". There is a "asking for the moon Mountain House" building in Yechun Garden in the east outside the old north gate. There is a "Moon View" on the east side of Xiaojin Mountain in Slender West Lake Park.

There are many road bridges with "Moon". Wangyue Road is between Jinghua City Road and Qiuyu Road, and now it has developed into a new food street in the western district of Yangzhou. There is a road in Huyang Village, Xihu Town called Moon Appreciation Road.

Yueming Bridge is the earliest bridge named after "Moon" in Yangzhou. Mingyue Lake and Mingyue Bridge are on Wenchang West Road, near Shuangbo Pavilion. Yinyue Bridge, Yongyue Bridge, Wangyue Bridge, Lanyue Bridge, Deyue Bridge and Yueyue Bridge are all on Xincheng River Road.

in the naming of residential quarters. For example, the Moon Garden on Baixiang Road is divided into Langyue Garden, Yingyue Garden, Haoyue Garden, Yueyue Garden and Yuanyue Garden. There is also Qiyue Garden on Baixiang Road, and Moon Villa in the south section of Hanjiang North Road.

There are Moon City Pearl Garden in Hanjiang Middle Road, Moon Garden on Moon Road, Moon Garden and Moon Garden on Xincheng River Road. There is Yuemingyuan in the east of Zhuxi Road, Cuiyue Jiayuan in the east of Yangzhou Bridge, and Heyue Community in the west of West Ring Expressway.
