When I traveled to Henan with my family last week, I discovered that the most popular delicacy in Henan is noodles.
Another unique breakfast is hot and sour soup, but it was already noon when we arrived in Henan.
The hot and sour soup for breakfast had long been sold out, so I chose Henan noodles.
In the past, I only knew about the nourishing braised noodles in Zhengzhou, Henan. After chatting with locals, I discovered that Henan’s noodles are not just nourishing braised noodles.

Ranked second is Jiaxian's glutinous rice noodles, which are said to be noodles introduced from Shaanxi in the early Ming Dynasty.
