Ingredients: low flour 500g, butter167g, powdered sugar180g, edible oil167g, milk125g.

1. First, sift the low powder and sugar powder separately; Butter softens by hand massage.

2. Pour butter, powdered sugar and edible oil into a bowl and knead, then add low-gluten flour and milk and knead for several times until no particles are felt in the batter, and then frame the flower bag.

3. Extrude the pattern you like, then put it in a preheated oven and bake it at 180 degrees for 12- 15 minutes, and the surface will turn golden yellow.

Tip: You can see that the sugar content of this formula is absolutely high. If you are afraid of being too sweet, you can add 1 g salt to adjust the taste.

Egg yolk puffs

Souffles are a little more troublesome than cookies, but making cakes is easier than making bread.

Materials:

A. Oil crust: high flour128g, low gluten flour 40g, milk powder14g, salt 2g, butter 68g, sugar 30g and water 86g.
