Luminous paper is coated with fluorescent substances, and its luminescence has two principles:

1. Natural minerals that can store light are used to absorb part of light energy and store it under the condition of external illumination. When the outside world is dark, it will naturally release a part of the stored light energy, thus producing a luminous effect.

2. Non-woven fabrics are used as raw materials, and after being irradiated by purple light, they produce luminous effect, because the tool of purple light must be used.

So once the fluorescent substance evaporates, or there is no purple light as a tool, the luminous sticker will not light up.
